• 1990: Αποφοίτηση από το 1ο Γενικό Λύκειο Κοζάνης και εισαγωγή μέσω πανελληνίων εξετάσεων στο τμήμα Μαθηματικών του Αριστοτέλειου Πανεπιστήμιου Θεσ/νίκης.
• 1996:  Πτυχίο τμήματος Μαθηματικών του ΑΠΘ με βαθμό 6.63 από την κατεύθυνση των καθαρών Μαθηματικών και έμφαση στα μαθήματα εφαρμοσμένης Ανάλυσης.
• 1997-2001: Εκπόνηση διδακτορικής διατριβής στο τμήμα Μαθηματικών του ΑΠΘ με επιβλέπων τον καθηγητή Ν. Δανίκα, θέμα: ‘Γινόμενα Blaschke σε χώρους Qp’ και βαθμό ‘ Άριστα’.
• 1999: Ερευνητική θέση με το πρόγραμμα Socrates στο Department of Mathematics , University of Joensuu, Finland.
• 2001-2002: Ερευνητική θέση με το πρόγραμμα Marie Curie στο Department de Mathematiques, Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain.
• 2006-2008: Διδάσκων Π.Δ. 407/80 στο τμήμα Πληροφορικής και Τηλεπικοινωνιών του Πανεπιστήμιου Δυτικής Μακεδονίας.
